Scheduled Inspection

We will schedule an inspection around your needs and availability. Inspections available weekdays/nights and weekends.

Inspection

An in-depth home inspection is completed. The focus of the inspection is on Safety and Function. A typical home inspection takes between 2.5 - 3 hours to complete. Duration of an inspection is dependent on several things including home size and the number of issues identified.

Inspection Review

Following the inspection, the home summary is reviewed with our client(s) onsite. The summary will highlight areas that need continued monitoring, need to be repaired/replaced, and any items that need immediate attention. We also use this time to answer any final questions our client(s) have about the home and will discuss any future maintenance needs the home may require.

Payment Processed

Any remaining balance for the home inspection will be collected at the conclusion of the Inspection Summary Review.

Report Delivered

Every client receives a thorough, accurate, and complete home inspection report the same day as the inspection in PDF format. Each report is customized for each client detailing the full home inspection. All reports are accompanied with photos/videos for future reference.
